The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Business Improvement Manager this role focuses on applying business analysis skills to identify and establish clear linkage between HR processes data and systems document insights and apply learnings to problem-solve operational issues. You will play a crucial role in creating a comprehensive catalogue of process and improvement opportunities that support the optimisation of HR processes whilst ensuring compliance. Your efforts will help enhance decision-making across Monash HR improve process efficiency and aid in the development of future HR technology solutions.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for:

  • Collecting and analysing HR data and life-cycle processes to identify interactions with current HR systems adherence to legislative compliance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Documenting HR life-cycle processes and developing new tools to support business processes
  • Assisting with requirements definition process modelling and user research initiatives.
  • Supporting system enhancements and providing advice and support to stakeholders on the effective use of HR systems features or improvements

About You

If you have a degree with relevant experience or equivalent expertise in business analysis HR operational processes or systems wed love to hear from you. Ideally you will bring:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business needs.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience in documenting processes functional specifications and supporting system adoption.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively.
