Job Summary
The ONESOURCE Professional Services team is responsible for the delivery of implementation projects for new customers using the ONESOURCE suite of tax and accounting products. We are seeking consultants based in Bangalore to work with the Professional Services team across Australia servicing primarily Australian customers. You will also have the in-person support of a team and major office based in Bangalore. This role is partly remote partly in-office and will work closely under the guidance of more senior consultants. Initially the role will focus primarily on designing configuring and building templates and financial reports in ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting and requires a consultant who can quickly and independently learn new software applications with superb attention to detail. Accounting/finance experience is not essential although would be highly regarded.
This role may be suited to techno functional consultants domain consultants or business analysts.
About The Role
- Execute software implementation and consulting engagements in accordance with project delivery guidelines including:
- Requirements capture scoping setup & design of software implementation projects.
- Design configuration and build within ONESOURCE products in accordance with customer requirements.
- Guidance and consulting with clients on their usage of ONESOURCE suite of products.
- Contribute to the training of customers by facilitating remote training sessions as well as:
- Updating training materials and documenting new materials as needed
- Recording & editing eLearning training videos
- ONESOURCE implementation and consulting engagements completed successfully per agreed Statement of Work (SOW).
- Training delivered: updated materials remote sessions conducted eLearning videos recorded/published.
- Customer documentation: clientfacing guides and howtos prepared.
- Customer satisfaction and service levels met and documented via CSAT results.
About You
Youre a fit for the role of Consultant Professional Services if your background includes:
- At least two years in a software or IT role preferably in delivery/implementation or as techno functional consultant domain consultant or business analyst.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in software/IT or Finance/Accounting.
- Strong ability to learn new software applications in particular the ONESOURCE user interface and available features quickly and independently.
- Very strong attention to detail.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
- Excellent presentation interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
