Job Responsibilities:
- Manage preparation of drawings / sketches / reports within ABWF Design Team
- Review drawings and coordinate with other disciplines such as structure and building services
- Address and resolve design queries raise Request for Information (RFI)
- Support in management and review of shop drawings by sub-contractors
- Review and drive temporary works designs
- Liaise with Construction team on design interface and constructability aspects and where appropriate
- Develop and maintain design management tools for tracking reporting and monitoring the progress and delivery of design packages
- Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to complete engineering design reviews and enhance efficiency
Job Requirement:
- Degree holder inStructural / Civil Engineering or Architecture
- At least 3 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Revit and other BIM software (or in viewer only mode)
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
