At Ayvens we have an opening for a Talent Acquisition Specialist French Speaking
What are you going to do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist youll be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring talented professionals for all Ayvens HQ offices (Amsterdam Paris Luxembourg Bucharest Dublin and Madrid) your focus will be on roles in Paris you will team-up with another Talent Acquisition Specialist who will focus on the Dutch market.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure the recruitment process is effective efficient and aligned with strategic staffing needs.
You will report in the Global HR director for HQ.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the main point of contact for hiring managers in your domain developing tailored recruitment strategies for the different roles.
Executing recruitment campaigns including optimising job postings leveraging social media channels attending relevant events and using targeted job boards.
Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing screening interviewing (including scheduling) and extending offers.
Building and nurturing a talent pool to ensure strong pipelines for critical roles.
Designing monitoring and improving recruitment policies and processes such as sourcing guidelines and employee referral programs.
Managing vacancies in the applicant tracking system (Workday) providing guidance to hiring managers on system use and tracking candidate progress.
Creating and delivering recruitment KPI reports (e.g. time-to-hire sourcing effectiveness) to management and recommending process improvements.

Data-Driven Decision-Making You monitor recruitment KPIs to drive improvements enhance sourcing effectiveness and demonstrate return on investment.
Continuous Learning & Innovation You take initiative to refine recruitment processes adopt new sourcing techniques and contribute to organisational agility.
Job requirements
Bachelors degreein HR Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experiencein sourcing and recruitment for different geographical locations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills on all levels within the organization including C-level management.
Fluent in French and English another European language is a plus.
Strong MS Office skills particularly Excel and proficiency in Workday.
Ability to manage high volume of requisitions prioritise effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
