In this role you will be responsible for;
- Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls emails and other communication channels
- Assess the insurance needs and recommend suitable coverages
- Provide detailed information on insurance policies coverage options and pricing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and sales team targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and all sales activity
- Stay updated on industry changes regulations and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Must be RIBO licensed
- Proven experience within a sales role or service position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance coverages
- Demonstrate excellent organization skills by managing multiple projects and maintaining a structured approach to tasks and deadlines
- Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of projects
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other software
