Job Summary

Responsibilities

Carry out software modification and provide maintenance support on Automatic Fare Collection systems and related software
Assist and participate in peer design review
Prepare and conduct appropriate tests including Unit Tests System Integration Tests Generic Workshop Tests User Acceptance Tests Type Approval Tests etc.
Prepare relevant design safety quality and operational documents
Troubleshoot software and hardware problems encountered during trial and implementation

Requirements

Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science or a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years experience in software development / maintenance; OR
Higher Diploma with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Practical experience in software development debugging and system maintenance
Proficient in programming languages such as C C Java Python SQL and other relevant technologies
Solid experience in web development utilizing jQuery Ajax and
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
