Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for a Platform Engineer to help build operate and evolve our cloud-native platform. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to enable secure scalable and highly automated delivery of banking-grade systems.
This role suits someone who enjoys ownership automation and building platforms that empower development teams to move fast while staying compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Design build and operate a modern automated cloud-native CI/CD platform.
- Provision manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Ensure platform security reliability compliance and regulatory alignment for banking systems.
- Implement and maintain monitoring logging and alerting for platform and applications.
- Promote DevOps best practices automation and continuous improvement across teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices for building automated delivery platforms.
- Experience designing and operating highly scalable resilient and fault-tolerant systems.
Cloud platform experience with AWS (preferred) GCP or Azure.
- Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform CloudFormation or Pulumi.
- Containerization and orchestration experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX networking fundamentals and TCP/IP.
- Practical experience with Git workflows (Git Flow Trunk-based development GitHub Flow).
- Solid understanding and hands-on practice with Agile / Lean methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
- Self-driven proactive and able to deliver solutions end-to-end with minimal supervision.
