Job Summary

Job Summary:

Should be security trainings and work with all regulatory focused and should be able to work in all security related work areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional responsibilities:

Maintain standards as per Company requirements.
Ensure effective threat assessment and response capability.
Achieve department goals and follow up.
Perform duties as per the Security Programme
Maintain performance standards and follow up with your shift.
Monitor continuously the Quality System and the level of conformance.
Secure quality levels
Aware of Emergency Response Procedures rules and regulations
Acquire and maintain necessary skills required to perform job functions.
Control theft and pilferage of company property

Administrative Responsibilities:

To maintain files and log sheets
Give inputs for training requirements.
Updating of manuals and local procedures
Ensure competent and qualified work force are detailed for duty
Verify Invoices

Required Skills and Experience:

Functional

Day to day security functions at airport.
Communication skills.
Customer focused.

Behavioral / Leadership

Should work well with team members.
Follow instructions of seniors and abide by security guidelines.

Good to Have:

MS Office knowledge
AVSEC and Screener certification

Educational Qualifications:

Should be a Graduate
