To uphold the brands visual and operational integrity we are seeking a Brand Executive who will ensure that all properties reflect Moustaches identity standards and promise from visual branding to guest services and amenities
Role Overview:
The Brand Executive is responsible for maintaining Moustaches brand consistency across every property. This includes ensuring uniformity in physical branding (signages installations collaterals) guest touchpoints (linen amenities room experience) and service delivery (property operations continuity of offerings and audits). The role combines creative eye operational discipline and deep understanding of brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Standards Implementation & Compliance
Ensure consistent application of Moustaches brand identity across all accommodation properties.
Supervise and approve the installation of signages in-room branding collaterals and visual communication materials.
Conduct periodic checks to confirm adherence to the brands design tone and service guidelines.
2. Property & Room Audits
Conduct detailed property and room audits to assess brand compliance.
Evaluate factors such as cleanliness room setup amenities communication displays lighting and aesthetics.
Maintain audit reports and work with operations to address gaps promptly.
Recommend improvements and standardization initiatives for guest experience enhancement
3. Product & Service Standards
Ensure the quality availability and presentation of linen in-room amenities and property-level services are as per brand standards.
Monitor updates replacements and discontinuations of amenities to maintain consistency across properties.
Coordinate with procurement and operations to ensure products meet approved brand specifications.
4. Marketing Installations & Visual Identity
Work closely with the Marketing team and vendors to ensure all visual elements signage room branding marketing installations meet design standards.
Approve and track brand applications during property launches refurbishments and rebranding exercises.
Supervise on-ground setup for consistency and quality.
5. Brand Communication & Experience Touchpoints
Review and ensure accuracy of all communication elements such as in-room collaterals signage text property descriptions and information displays.
Audit digital and print materials for tone visual alignment and correctness.
Suggest enhancements to storytelling elements that enrich the guest experience.
6. Vendor Management & Procurement
Identify and onboard vendors for printing fabrication signage production and installation.
Negotiate pricing delivery timelines and quality standards to ensure cost-efficient and timely project completion.
Maintain and update a reliable vendor database for use across multiple projects and properties. Manage vendor performance payments and service quality on an ongoing basis.
7. Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate with Operations Marketing Procurement and Onboarding teams to ensure unified brand execution.
Maintain a centralized record of brand audits non-compliance reports and improvement actions. Share monthly reports summarizing audit findings property ratings and corrective measures.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Brand Compliance: 95% adherence across all audited properties.
Audit Frequency: 100% properties audited as per quarterly schedule.
Rectification Rate: 90% of identified non-compliances resolved within defined timelines.
Guest Experience: Average guest rating maintained at 4.5/5 across brand parameters.
Operational Consistency: Zero deviation in brand-approved amenities materials and services.
Who You Are:
2 years of experience in brand operations quality assurance or property audits (hospitality background preferred).
Strong understanding of hospitality brand standards and guest experience principles.
Eye for detail visual aesthetics and design alignment.
Excellent communication documentation and coordination skills.
Comfortable with extensive travel and on-site inspections.
Proficient in maintaining audit records and brand compliance checklists.
