We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our Human Resources agenda and support the continuous development of our people culture and organizational processes in this position you will partner closely with management implement HR strategies and ensure employee satisfaction and engagement.
How you make an impact
Strategy & Management :
- Contribute to business strategy and deploy HR strategy and annual HR plan
- Design and implement the HR organization for the site act as a lead/manager for the HR department
- implement and ensure HR KPIs and perform HR reporting forecasting analysis and benchmarking
Talent pipeline :
- Develop adapt and implement sourcing strategy and practices in line with Group policies and decisions
- Manage Job Description and support managers in their developement
- Manage the annual recruitment plan
Performance management :
- Lead the performance management process in line with Group policies and coach managers accordingly
- Coordinate and monitor the goal setting and cascading process en ensure they are aligned
- coordinate and monitor annual pay reviews in line with performance
People Management
- Lead the local Talent Developement process
- Implement competency models coordinate and monitor competency/skill gap analysis for the workplace (competency management)
HR and payroll documentation
- Ensure complance with HR and payroll legislation
- Develop and ensure standards and guidelines for HR administration time management and payroll
Your starting point when you join
- Education : Bachelor is required
Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager (Industrial company manufacturing or logistic environment)
English speaker (B2 minimum)
Knowledge of Czech legislation
- Communication and negotiation skills
