About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with solid end-to-end recruitment experience in a technological environment strong stakeholder management skills and an analytical and collaborative approach to work. We value someone who contributes positively to a healthy team environment communicates clearly and constructively shares learnings and brings new ideas to the table.
We are also seeking someone with natural curiosity and a willingness to learn capable of understanding the business anticipating needs and maintaining empathetic communication that is solution-oriented and focused on collective growth.
Here you will:
- Lead and-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles ensuring a candidate experience aligned with Celfocus culture.
- Conduct detailed briefings with Hiring Managers ensuring alignment on requirements challenges and expectations.
- Assess candidates through structured interviews.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify attract and map talent.

Be part of a collaborative team that shares knowledge supports one another and maintains high-quality standards.
- Actively participate in designing Talent Acquisition solutions - your input will influence the products and projects we develop.
- Work in an agile model that values autonomy focus and clarity.

What are we looking for
- Higher education in Human Resources Management or Social Sciences (Organizational Psychology Sociology among others).
- 34 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles preferably in technology or consultancy companies.
- Proven experience in recruiting for IT profiles.
- Knowledge of Power BI from a user perspective (nice to have).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proficiency in advanced search techniques.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1).
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.
