Job Summary

Creative Dock is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Lead who understands how to drive brand growth and customer engagement through strategic use of digital channels. They will own the digital growth end-to-end set the plan and do the work across performance CRM SEO and analytics for digital products apps occasionally e-commerce. Ship full-funnel go-to-markets make data trustworthy scale what works stop what doesnt. They will also be a mentor to junior team members sparing-partner to our ventures and those in charge of its launch and growth.

We often substitute the whole marketing team of the project so you can have a much bigger impact on the overall project and its business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build the digital growth strategies tied to revenue CAC/LTV and payback.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies: positioning audiences media mix creative testing landing pages CRM flows and measurement.
  • Run and optimize campaigns across Search/PMax/YouTube Meta/TikTok/Snapchat affiliates and influencers. Own budgets pacing and brand safety.
  • Hands-on analytics: design events implement GA4 and GTM (incl. Server-Side) manage consent/CMP keep data clean.
  • Build clear dashboards (Looker/BI). Read cohorts and funnels. Find issues and fix them at the source.
  • Drive experimentation and CRO: A/B tests form analytics pricing/offer tests clear readouts and next steps.
  • Understanding of SEO on an advanced level technical SEO (CWV sitemaps canonicals) briefs internal linking.
  • Improve conversions with Design/Product/Engineering across checkout and key funnels.
  • Set attribution and measurement approach. For apps: own Firebase analytics and app attribution (e.g. AppsFlyer/Adjust).
  • Track platform and privacy changes (GDPR) and keep playbooks up to date.
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team

What you will do:

  • Growth planning KPIs digital marketing strategies for all kinds of digital platforms
  • Media planning
  • SEO & SEM (e.g. Google Search Console Google Ads and SEO platforms like Semrush Ahrefs etc.) preparing full strategies for all marketing platforms
  • Web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics Adobe Analytics)
  • Content management systems (e.g. Webflow)
  • Manage email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp HubSpot) advanced strategies and set-up of emailings automated emailing scenarios etc.
  • Social media advertising (e.g. Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads) advanced strategies and execution
  • Marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo Make Zapier)
  • A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) advanced knowledge of different optimization

Qualifications and Skills:

Required**:**

  • 5 years of experience in Marketing
  • Min. a high school diploma (a bachelors degree in marketing digital media communications business or a related field is a plus)

Preferred:

  • Google Ads Certification
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certification
  • Digital Marketing Certificate
