We are now seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer (BEng) to join our dynamic and growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Role Overview:
As a Graduate Civil Engineer you will support the planning design and delivery of a variety of engineering projects. You will work alongside experienced Engineers and Project Managers gaining practical experience and developing your technical and professional skills. This role offers structured graduate development and support toward professional chartership (ICE/CIHT).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the design and analysis of civil engineering structures and infrastructure.
Prepare technical drawings reports calculations and specifications.
Carry out site visits surveys and inspections.
Support project delivery from feasibility to detailed design stages.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including Planners Architects Technicians and contractors.
Use industry software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D Revit MicroDrainage STAAD or similar.
Ensure that work complies with the relevant standards regulations and health & safety requirements.

Requirements:

BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of engineering principles materials and design standards.
Proficiency in CAD or other engineering software (advantageous but not essential).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
