What youll do

  • You will report to the Service Desk Lead

  • You will help with Major Incident Management support including status assessments engagement of teams whiteboard updates and communications and general incident management during major incidents.

  • You will serve as the initial contact and facilitator for system-generated events regarding multiple systems and environments throughout the entire CSG environment.

  • You will work a variety of shifts to include weekends holidays or extra shifts

  • You will be part of the 2026 Graduate Programme which runs for 12 months

  • You will be in the Centurion or Cape Town office for at least 3 days in a week

  • South African Citizen

  • CV & Cover Letter

  • Academic Record

  • BCom BA Linguistics/Communication Business Systems or IT related

  • Preferable have some call center experience

  • Good verbal and written skills

  • Proficiency in English in a business environment
