Job Summary
We are a leading global provider of fleet management solutions with a focus on technology development to increase productivity. We are seeking a Credit control Manager to lead our credit and collections operations drive performance and enhance departmental efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Drive improvements in collection strategies and operational efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end collection operations including the collections call center.
- Support recruitment training and day-to-day management of the team.
- Review credit notes refunds and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Prepare and forecast collection performance reports to support business decisions.
- Track team productivity and manage performance-related matters.
- Implement initiatives to improve departmental efficiency and collection performance.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management
- Collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Generate daily weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Set and monitor targets and productivity of collections agents.
- Motivate coach and guide team members to achieve targets
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant business discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Collections Manager preferably in B2B.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
- Proven leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized solution-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
