to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our
Salesforce environment ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our organization. This role
requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices

What Will You Be Doing
Salesforce Administration:
- Manage and maintain the clients Salesforce environment.
- Perform routine administration tasks.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity security and compliance.
- Perform data loads data migration and data cleanup using tools like Data Loader.
- Implement and manage data validation rules workflows and triggers to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Customization and Configuration:
- Customize Salesforce objects fields page layouts record types and validation rules.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business needs.
- Develop and implement custom applications using Visualforce Apex and Lightning components (if applicable).
Client Interaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues related to Salesforce.
- Provide timely and effective support to clients resolving technical issues and offering solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for clients to enhance their understanding and use of Salesforce.
Problem Solving:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
- Analyze client requirements and propose innovative solutions to meet their business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Salesforce with other systems.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases features and best practices.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Salesforce environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall enhancement of Salesforce practices within the organization.
Requirements
What Makes You the Perfect Fit
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201 and ADM211) required;
additional certifications (e.g. Advanced Administrator Platform App Builder) preferred. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration configuration and support.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience and automation tools such as Process Builder and Flow.
- Experience with Salesforce API integration and CRM best practices.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration including custom objects fields and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Ability to provide after-hours support in critical situations.
- Experience with Agile project methodologies.
Required Skills:
