Position: Freelance Trainer Huawei OSS

Location: Remote

We are looking for an experienced Telecom OSS Trainer to deliver training on OSS Administration FM/AM NB/SB interfaces Performance Management and Troubleshooting across multivendor OSS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training on OSS Administration & monitoring workflows.
Explain NB/SB interfaces network element onboarding & integrations.
Conduct sessions on Alarm Management (AM) and Fault Management (FM).
Train participants on performance dashboards KPIs & reporting tools.
Provide troubleshooting demos log analysis health checks & RCA.
Support hands-on labs real-time OSS use cases & assessments.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with telecom OSS platforms (Huawei U2020/M2000 Ericsson ENM Nokia NetAct ZTE NetNumen etc.).
Strong understanding of FM/AM workflows system administration & network element management.
Knowledge of NB/SB integration protocols (FTP SNMP SOAP REST CORBA).
Prior trainer/SME experience preferred.
Good communication & presentation skills.
