Job Summary

Freelance Telecom Trainer Huawei MW
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Huawei MW (Microwave) Trainer to deliver technical training on Huawei MW systems including installation configuration operations fault management alarm management and troubleshooting of Huawei Microwave platforms such as RTN OSN and related transport nodes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training on Huawei MW Network Operations & Maintenance.
Train participants on MW link planning configuration provisioning & performance.
Explain FM/AM workflows alarm analysis and root cause identification.
Conduct hands-on sessions on MW troubleshooting path checks & link health.
Provide knowledge on Huawei MW tools NMS operations (U2020) and performance KPIs.
Support assessments practical demos and real-world MW scenarios.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Huawei MW systems (RTN/OSN).
Understanding of MW technologies: XPIC ATPC Modulation QoS Protection switching RF alignment.
Expertise in alarm management fault resolution and link troubleshooting.
Experience with Huawei MW tools (U2020 / iManager Transport).
Prior training or SME experience preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
