Project Manager on Major Projects

Reponsibilities:

• You are accountable for the project scope schedule and budget delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectives
• You are accountable for proactively managing customer communication throughout the project
• You ensure integrated project planning and management with customers and KONE supply teams
• You ensure that project status and progress is effectively communicated to KONE management and to customer
• You are responsible for operational and financial project risk identification mitigation contingency planning and potential recovery actions
• You are accountable for the projects financial planning and forecasting
• You are responsible for actively driving the Sales-to-Operations handover accountable for handovers to Customer and Field Team Leaders as well as project closing activities
• You plan and ensure sufficient project resourcing and competences
• You create and maintain safety and security awareness amongst employees and subcontractors in the project. You ensure KONEs and Customers safety and security policies are followed

Who are you

• You have several years experience in Project Management preferably in construction or electro mechanical sector
• You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or another relevant field
• You have a strong customer orientation and you are able to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• You have excellent communication and organization skills
• You are fluent in Dutch English and French.
