About the role
The role is responsible for developing driving and managing the pipeline and projects within the CBU & Concept team contributing to the overall Divisional Design & Innovation Strategy. As an Innovation Project Coordinator you will manage project activity and coordinate needs outside the immediate team deploying appropriate methodologies and tools and leveraging the potential of the design network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continually develop and adapt ways of working processtechnologyand tools
Facilitateand support theteamtoin moving new projects through the innovation toll gates and deliver on setgoals
Lead the way for the team to manage projects in an effective and efficient way
Bring structure to innovation and sprintprojects
Coordinate with external stakeholders and unblock potentialhurdles
Create necessary documentation forproject(s) and ensure there ismethodologyand structure around it
Prepare and assure quality for TG 3approval
Lead and inspireD&Icommunity through exemplary behaviour strategic thinking metric orientatedandhands-onattitude
Responsible for ensuring reporting visibility andvalidatingthe Portfolio aligns to the key target customers with highest growth potential
Createdashboard with automatic updates for projectsshowcasingthe most important attributes
Accountable for monthly reporting related to function
Track costs and budgets as needed.
About You
Educated to a degree level (preferably in a design related area) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Expert technical knowledge of our materials products manufacturing processes
Experience of driving efficiency through processes andtools with demonstrabletrack recordof drivingand managing innovationprojects
Strong project management skills
Advanced MS Office skills
Fluent in written and spoken English any other European languages are a plus
Able tooperatein a matrixorganisationand with an international mind-set
Good interpersonal and networking skills.
