Position Summary

As our Office Coordinator associate at St. Pancras London you are responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Front Office Guest Relations and Concierge teams. This role oversees office stock financial administration audits and general operational support. The Office Coordinator works closely with the Front of House Manager and Assistant Front of House Manager to ensure all departmental needs are fulfilled accurately efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities:Heres what your journey with us entails

Audit Compliance: Lead and support all required audits including Fiat ISRA Bonvoy. Ensure all documentation processes and compliance items are up to date and audit ready. Conduct spot checks from night audit pack
Administrative support: provide administrative assistance to the Front of House Manager and Assistant Manager as needed support special projects operational initiatives and reporting tasks.
Handle communication within internal departments and external partners related to office operations.
Ensure all operational processes follow brand standards and organizational policies.
Deliver an exceptionally high standard of five-star luxury lifestyle service for every guest interaction.
Attitude grooming standard body language and tone need to be positive supportive and on brand at all times.
You are expected to deliver service to your full potential.
