What youll do
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
Own and drive the full recruitment cycle end-to-end
Design and optimise a structured hiring process that supports both individual role needs and broader company goals
Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Strengthen our employer brand and position us as a top destination for exceptional talent
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the process
What you need to have
3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced high-growth hiring environment
A strong drive for excellence and a mindset focused on continuous improvement
A genuine passion for identifying engaging and attracting top talent
Excellent interpersonal consultative and communication skills
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Exceptional time management and organisational abilities
Fluency in English
