We are currently looking to expand our team of experts with a Senior Machine Learning Engineer.
Who are you:
- Problem Solver: You have a knack for taking complex problems and finding elegant efficient solutions using data.
- Technical expert: Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages. Good knowledge of ML frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or Scikit-learn. Experience with Large Language Models and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
- Data Enthusiast: Experience with data technologies (Airflow Postgress BigQuery etc.) and cloud platforms (GCP or similar).
- Algorithm Expert: Familiar with a wide range of machine learning techniques including supervised unsupervised and deep learning methods.
- Communicator: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuous Learner: Passionate about staying current with the latest developments in the AI/ML field.
What youll do:
- Model Development: Design build and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Data Pipeline Management: Work with large datasets to preprocess clean and structure data ensuring its optimized for model training.
- Algorithm Optimization: Enhance model performance through hyperparameter tuning feature engineering and algorithm selection.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists engineers and product teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
- Innovation: Stay at the forefront of machine learning research and bring cutting-edge techniques into our products.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and improve model performance post-deployment ensuring robustness and scalability.
