Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for pharmaceutical products within assigned hospital accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to drive product penetration and market share.
  • Schedule and conduct pre-planned sales presentations with healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Monitor market trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored product presentations and proposals to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and collaborate with internal teams for solutions.
  • Provide accurate sales reports forecasts and recommendations for business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related healthcare industry.
  • Proven ability to deliver solutions based on customer needs and market insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionals at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome challenges effectively.
  • High level of self-motivation and resilience to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and using digital tools for sales tracking.
