Job Summary

Temp To Full-Time

Looking for an enthusiasm Line leader for the team.

Who is willing to teach and help manage night shift team.

Hours - 6 am - 6:30 pm

Experience Training and/or Required Skills:

1. Ability to coach and train others.

2. Strong communication skills.

3. Completion of Level 1 and Level 2 Skill Blocks.

4. Demonstrated leadership.

5. Mechanically capable with skills to perform changeovers and troubleshoot.

6. Using available information demonstrate the ability to coordinate and prioritize in a manner that is most

beneficial for plant operations.

7. Must demonstrate the ability to present issues and influence the site management team
