Under the general supervision of the Department Chair serves as the administrative fiscal and personnel analyst for the Theatre Arts Department. Work independently to provide technical and operational support to its faculty staff and students including the maintenance of online academic courses scheduling and registration records. Analyze and reconciles budgets and expenditures for all performance and technical areas within the department including all producing entities and California Repertory Company. Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Provides assistance with the department website and social media.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills enable them to interact effectively with campus stakeholders and the surrounding community.

Salary placement is determined by the education experience and qualifications the candidate brings to the position internal equity and the hiring departments fiscal resources.
Hiring Range: The hiring range for this position is $4799 (Step 1) - $5513 (Step 8) per month commensurate with candidates education experience skills and training.
CSU Classification Salary Range: The CSU Classification Salary Range for this position is $4799 (Step 1) - $6992 (Step 20) per month.
1.0 time-base 40 hours per week.
This is a temporary position for 1 year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.
