Working for a specialist tour operator that curates travel experiences that center around discovery providing customers with unique and engaging experiences around the world.
As part of a continued vision for growth this is a new role for a commercially minded Head of Marketing to accelerate the expansion of the Tours business. This role will drive awareness demand and revenue through strategic marketing and high-impact execution.
The role needs someone who is hands on strong on using CRM from pre travel post tour and bringing to life the brand positioning and product stories. Building out campaigns at both a product and brand level amplifying content and driving engagement and conversion.
If you are ready to build something exciting and own the marketing plan and execution this is a fabulous role. A passion for specialist small group touring and authentic product experiences and experienced in b2c customer centric communications is required.
Hybrid role with 3 days in the office in London
