They are now hiring a Site Manager for a housing development in Wexford overseeing the delivery of high-quality homes from groundworks through completion.

Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations sequencing and logistics
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure consistent productivity
Maintain strict Health & Safety standards in line with ISO systems
Oversee quality control and ensure units meet design specifications
Resolve on-site issues promptly and maintain smooth project flow

Requirements

4 years experience as Site Manager on residential/housing projects
Strong understanding of building regulations and modern methods of construction
Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors
Safety-driven with experience managing site H&S systems
Ability to deliver projects to programme and quality targets
