Job Summary
Are you an experienced Hospitality Manager looking for an exciting new role with a popular and expanding Company We are recruiting an Assistant General Manager for a fabulous gastro bar in Dublin 6.
This role would suit a passionate Hospitality professional who is very hands on and enjoys engaging with customers and managing teams. This is a high end venue serving excellent food and drinks so knowledge in this area is essential. Ideal candidate will be required to work late shits to close Thur Fri and Sat.

The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience managing teams of 15 staff in a busy high end / Late night venue
- Good Cocktail and drinks knowledge
- Previous experience managing a bar & restaurant essential.
- Passionate about Hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences
