As the Clinical Supply Chain Systems Manager for Packaging and Labeling you will drive the strategy and implementation of ERP and manufacturing capabilities for clinical packaging & label sites as well as plants and distribution locations of partnering organizations in close collaboration with their respective leadership teams.
Youll work closely with teams across the organization including Clinical Supply Chain commercial supply chain Quality and IT to identify operational challenges define requirements for future systems and guide the implementation of solutions that deliver clear and measurable business improvements.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and effective problem solver who is intellectually curious and has a proven track record of implementation of manufacturing systems in life sciences. A key priority for the role will be the implementation of a new MES system for packaging and labeling operations from early design through implementation.
Together with functional business leaders and IT refine the future state systems landscape for manufacturing (e.g. MES Pack & Label Systems) and ERP platforms in the clinical manufacturing sites ensure systems support sustainability and scalability of existing and new supply chain system capabilities.
Drive process (re)design adoption and business value realization of systems and data through all phases of the transformation journey from ideation to implementation
Lead or participate in multi-functional implementation teams to implement new systems in the clinical plants. Partner effectively with TDS business partners IT enterprise functions Quality and relevant systems vendors.
Act as business owner of systems in scope ensure robust governance processes (support/incident change request and training management) for relevant systems are in place and ensure validated state of the systems.
Actively network within the industry and enterprise supply chain to proactively benchmark exchange knowledge and bring in best practices. Create a culture of collaboration flexibility and competitiveness by increasing business acumen industry knowledge and skills.
Bachelor or masters degree in Engineering Bio-Engineering Chemistry or Information Technology or comparable by experience.
MBA is an advantage as are PMI CSCP certifications.
A minimum of 5 years of experience within R&D or Supply Chain including implementation or advanced use of ERP and manufacturing systems in life sciences.
Organizational and project management skills capable of balancing multiple sophisticated projects with effective stakeholder management.
Experience in GxP data integrity and system/tools validation approach (SDLC).
A bias for transformational change including process redesign across diverse teams and organizational levels.
Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to understand issues from multiple viewpoints.
Proficiency in English required
