PLC is a leading ELC to Year 12 Christian independent day and boarding school with a focus on the development of the whole person that includes an outstanding academic tradition an international outlook and strong pastoral and co-curricular programs.

The Role

PLC is excited to announce the opportunity for a 4th year education student to gain hands-on experience in Learning Enhancement within a supportive and dynamic school environment.

The Learning Enhancement Trainee will work a part-time (0.5 FTE) load during 2026 providing a manageable balance alongside your study commitments andprofessional placement requirements with adjustments made to facilitate your growth and success in the role.

Working closely with the Head of Learning Enhancement and a team of dedicated Learning Enhancement Teachers the Trainee will assist in the delivery of inclusive education programs that support diverse learners across the College.

About You

Ideally you will be a 4th year student currently studying education who has experience with or an interest in Learning Enhancement programs that support students with different abilities and learning styles and in developing strategies to monitor and assist their learning.

You approach your role with purpose and you have the patience and empathy to support a wide range of students and help them grow.

You will also bring a passion for and commitment to the ideals of learning within an independent girls school.
