As a Senior Financial Representative International Payroll you will be a cornerstone of our global finance operations ensuring accurate compliant and timely payroll processing across the EMEA and APAC regions. You will play a critical role in aligning payroll operations with local regulations and global standards while driving process improvements and operational efficiency. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and collaborative communication to ensure a positive employee experience and seamless operations with external vendors.
What youll do (Role Expectations)
- Work with the team to process International Payrolls review payroll reports provided by agencies and book related Journal Entries.
- Ensure absolute compliance of International Payroll and Stock Transaction processes by adhering to internal controls and SOX Compliance guidelines.
- Partner with International Payroll agencies to resolve employee inquiries and maintain strict payroll and tax compliance.
- Manage month-end and quarter-end reconciliations and task checklists in coordination with the broader team10.
- Support the department with special assignments and additional tasks as required to support our high-growth environment11.

What Were Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- Post-Graduate degree in Finance Accounting or a similar field.
- 24 years of relevant experience in Payroll processing.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Excellent verbal written and listening skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal staff and external third parties.
- Strong analytic skills high attention to detail and a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Word.
