Job description
We are looking for Financial this role you are responsible at a central level for the control and correct and timely processing of customer orders in our systems. Are you ready to jump into action
As a Financial Administrator you will be responsible for managing financial records processing transactions and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. You will play a key role in supporting the finance team and contributing to accurate reporting.
You successfully fulfil your role by:
- Ensuring timely and accurate A/P processing and incoming and outgoing payments
- Responsible for preparing and reconciliation of allocated balance sheet accounts
- Weekly preparation of payment batches and individual payments
- Processing of travel expenses
- Prepare and assist with month end close activities
- Validation of incoming orders
- License distribution and maintenance activities
- Resolution of licensing issues
- Providing support in achieving our Finance Operation Annual goals

- You have (near) native speaking and writing skills in English.
- You strive for continuous improvement and process optimization you have an enthusiastic and drive attitude and are a customer-aware team player
