Our group operates through two core divisions:
Swift AI: Deploys AI bots and mini-apps to drive systemic change and engagement with students teachers and administrators.
Swift School: Delivers innovative learning experiences through Swift PAL and Swift Class
The Founders Office serves as the strategic nerve centre of the organisation driving research new initiatives government and partner proposals presentations and cross-functional problem-solving across product delivery sales and finance. The team works closely with leadership to translate vision into actionable plans and enable decision-making for scale.
Role Overview
The Senior Associate Founders Office is a mission-critical leadership role at the heart of ConveGenius strategic engine. You will work directly with the Founders and Senior leadership to shape the organisations direction accelerate high-impact initiatives and drive execution across multiple functions. This role is ideal for a highly structured analytical and solutions-oriented leader who can operate seamlessly between strategy and execution.
As a senior member of the Founders Office you will oversee strategic planning lead state and national-level proposals spearhead research and business forecasting and ensure cross-functional alignment across product delivery sales finance and partnerships. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadershiptranslating vision into actionable plans solving ambiguous problems with clarity and enabling decisions through data-backed insights.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Leadership Enablement
Work closely with the Founders and senior leadership to define refine and execute organisational priorities across product government partnerships delivery AI initiatives and impact.
Translate strategic vision into structured execution plans with clear milestones resource mapping and risk management.
Provide data-backed recommendations strategic insights and scenario analyses to support high-stakes decision-making.
Lead strategy sprints and special initiatives that drive innovation operational excellence and scale across states and teams.
2. Proposal Leadership & Government/Partner Engagement
Lead end-to-end development of major government proposals concept notes EoIs and donor/CSR pitch decks ensuring quality coherence and alignment with CGs strategy.
Coordinate with product tech and delivery teams to craft comprehensive technical and commercial responses.
Maintain a pipeline of business opportunities and fundraising relevant policy updates and other emerging opportunities; guide cross-functional teams on strategic positioning.
Support ConveGeniuss top leadership in external meetings by preparing briefs talking points and partner intelligence documents.
3. Research Market Intelligence & Business Forecasting
Drive deep research on relevant systems EdTech/GovTech trends state policies competitive landscape and global benchmarks.
Build models for business forecasting opportunity sizing impact estimation and project structuring.
Synthesise complex information into crisp insights frameworks and strategic memos for leadership consumption.
Track performance metrics program outcomes and organisational OKRs to drive continuous improvement.
4. Program & Cross-Functional Coordination
Ensure alignment across product AI delivery finance sales research and impact teams for major proposals and organisational projects.
Identify bottlenecks streamline processes and drive operational efficiency across interdependent teams.
Manage cross-functional workstreams ensuring timely delivery of project components and accountability across teams.
Support rollout of new verticals products or state programs through structured planning and coordination.
5. Executive Communication & Leadership Operations
Prepare high-quality presentations board documents dashboards and reports for internal and external audiences.
Act as a communication bridge between leadership and senior function heads ensuring clarity alignment and timely actioning of priorities.
Draft executive notes policy briefs and thought leadership materials for conferences government forums and partner events.
Manage leadership calendars for strategic initiatives and ensure seamless follow-through on action items.
6. Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building
Liaise with senior government officials partners donors and ecosystem stakeholders on behalf of the Founders Office.
Strengthen cross-departmental collaboration and build internal mechanisms for information flow documentation and execution governance.
Represent the Founders Office in high-profile meetings negotiations and multi-stakeholder conversations when required.
Desired Skill Set / Eligibility
Must-Haves
Relevant Bachelors degree - Economics Finance Statistics Social Sciences Commerce Engineering etc
1-2 years of experience in government or corporate consulting strategy or implementation public policy product strategy or cross-functional leadership roles.
Strategic outlook with the ability to break down complex challenges and design structured actionable solutions.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills comfortable working with data models forecasting budgets and operational metrics.
Outstanding written and verbal communication in English including executive presentations proposals policy notes and leadership briefs.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects work under pressure and operate in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
Strong organisational skills with an ownership mindset and a track record of driving initiatives end-to-end.
Good-to-Have
MBA/MPP/Equivalent degree from a Tier-1 institution (IIMs ISB IITs top global universities) or strong consulting/impact sector pedigree is an advantage
Familiarity with government education systems national/state education policies (NEP 2020 NIPUN Bharat Samagra Shiksha) and public-sector procurement.
Experience working on large-scale government/CSR proposals impact programs or system reform projects.
Exposure to AI EdTech products data platforms analytics dashboards or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience managing teams or mentoring junior team members.
Work Mode:
Willingness to work full-time from the Noida office and travel to partner states as needed. Travelling is occasional but can go up to 4 -5 days a month depending on the need.
