Job Title: Compliance Officer

Location: Enfield

Salary: Up to 60000

Contract: Full-Time Permanent

Im partnering with a growing organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced Compliance Officer to support and strengthen their internal compliance framework. This is a great opportunity for someone who can confidently advise teams manage regulatory requirements and take ownership of compliance activity across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements including Data Protection and Anti-Bribery.
Support teams across Sales Programme Service Support and Procurement with compliance guidance.
Maintain and promote internal compliance and ethics policies.
Monitor regulatory updates and advise the business on required changes.
Conduct due diligence checks and risk assessments on third parties and transactions.
Support compliance across the contract and programme lifecycle.
Complete DPIAs maintain processing records and respond to data protection queries and subject access requests.
Assist with compliance training and support investigations into potential non-compliance issues.

Ideal Candidate

Experience in a compliance-focused or regulatory role.
Strong understanding of Data Protection and Anti-Bribery regulations.
Excellent communication organisation and report-writing skills.
Proactive detail-driven and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
