About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to provide professional front-of-house support ensuring clients and visitors receive a warm positive and efficient experience while assisting the team with administrative and office duties.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients visitors and contractors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phones managing enquiries and directing calls to the appropriate staff
- Assisting with email correspondence file management and daily administration tasks
- Supporting the Property Management and Sales teams with paperwork and data entry
- Maintaining reception meeting rooms and front office areas
- Providing general support during busy periods and team projects
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a reception or admin role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Good organisational ability and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and a professional phone manner
- A positive attitude reliability and the ability to work well within a close-knit team
