$145605 - $160719 salary package - includes base salary ($128284- $141600) plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a specialist role that supports the ethical and compliant use of course content across our platforms. As the Intellectual Property Administrator / Licensing Specialist youll apply your knowledge of copyright licensing and intellectual property to ensure our content meets legal and policy standards.

Working closely with internal teams and external providers youll offer expert advice review submissions and maintain accurate records to support audits and strategic decisions. This role also contributes to shaping policy and building organisational capability in IP compliance making a meaningful impact on how we deliver quality education.

About You

You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of intellectual property laws copyright regulations and licensing practices ideally within an educational or digital content environment. You have experience managing licensing arrangements and maintaining accurate records to support audits and strategic decisions. Your ability to analyse complex issues provide practical solutions and communicate clearly enables you to influence stakeholders and build organisational capability.

You thrive in collaborative environments working effectively with internal teams and external providers and you are committed to delivering customer-focused outcomes. Adaptable and resilient you remain composed under pressure and respond quickly to changing priorities ensuring compliance and supporting the ethical use of content across platforms.
