Role Details:

As the Finance Manager Services & Automation youll lead financial strategy across our manufacturing and technical services teams. This is a unique opportunity to partner with operations and automation leaders.

What Youll Do:

• Lead financial planning forecasting and budgeting for manufacturing and technical services.
• Deliver accurate month-end reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and cost management.
• Oversee capital expenditure governance and financial viability assessments.
• Drive automation and process improvement using Lean principles.
• Build strong partnerships with operations commercial teams and senior leadership and drive commercial outcomes.

What You Will Bring:

• Solid experience in finance and accounting roles within medium to large organisations.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP & Hyperion with strong BI/reporting skills.
• Proven ability to apply Lean principles and drive process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting product costing and inventory management.
• Qualifications: CPA/CA qualified with a degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
