What Youll Do

• Welcome guests and ensure a warm professional and inclusive atmosphere
• Provide accurate information about casino games promotions and amenities
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and respectfully
• Monitor the casino floor to ensure guests are enjoying their experience
• Build positive relationships with regular guests understanding their preferences
• Promote casino events tournaments and special offers
• Support marketing initiatives and casino operations as required
• Maintain knowledge of casino policies procedures and regulations

Qualifications :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced high-energy environment
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges with professionalism
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in hospitality or casino operations is an advantage
• Knowledge of casino games and operations is desirable
• Multilingual skills are highly valued
• Experience with cash handling and CRM systems is a plus
