As the first point of contact for our guests you will play a key role in delivering a warm welcoming and seamless experience. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment can think on their feet and works well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage reservations and guest flow to ensure smooth service.
- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Assist with general front-of-house duties as required.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Experience and knowledge using SevenRooms desired but not essential if you have used similar reservation or guest management systems.
- Strong customer-facing service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a busy environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ample experience in front-of-house roles with a good understanding of FOH operations is highly beneficial.
- Availability across a 7-day roster including a mix of day and evening shifts.
