Job Summary

Were on the hunt for a Restaurant Reservations Host who knows how to make every interaction shine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Guest Experience Manager with incoming reservations via phone email and online booking platforms
  • Greeting guests and ensuring a smooth reservation experience
  • Coordinating table allocations to maximise guest satisfaction and venue flow
  • Communicating special requests and booking details to the wider team
  • Maintaining accurate reservation records and waitlists
  • Assisting with general host duties during service
  • Providing prompt friendly and professional customer service at all times
  • Support the Management team in ensuring a seamless customer service experience

Qualifications :

About You

  • Previous experience in a host reservations or guest services role (hospitality experience highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Experience using booking systems (e.g. SevenRooms OpenTable)
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests
  • Flexibility to work across all service periods (breakfast lunch and dinner) and weekends and public holidays to support operations.
