W Sydney located at 31 Wheat Road is now casting for a Spa Therapist/Spa in the heart of Sydney W Sydney offers an unparalleled experience of luxury and relaxation. AWAY Spa is a sanctuary of tranquility providing our guests with a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Spa Therapist with spa desk experience to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our esteemed guests. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Provide a range of spa treatments including massages facials body treatments and other therapeutic services
• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Maintain a clean and serene spa environment
• Ensure all equipment and products are used and stored correctly
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in spa therapy
• Organizing daily therapist schedules
• Communicating effectively with guest enquiries

QUALIFICATIONS

• Trained in Comfort Zone Skin Regimen and HydraFacial ispreferred
• Outlook Excel and basic computer skills previous experience with booking systems preferred
• Certification in Beauty Therapy Massage Therapy or a related field
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• A passion for wellness and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences

A valid RSA and Police Check is essential
