Job Summary

Data Integration: Oversee the integration of data from various sources into the business warehouse ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Data Modelling: Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analysis needs within the purchasing department.

Infrastructure Management: Manage the data infrastructure including databases and data warehouses to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of data to identify and resolve discrepancies ensuring high data quality standards.

System Optimization: Work with IT and procurement teams to enhance the functionality and usability of data management systems.

Compliance: Ensure all data management activities comply with company policies industry regulations and legal requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders including IT finance and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for data initiatives.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal users on data management best practices and system usage.

Qualifications :

Education: Bachelors degree in data science Information Technology Business or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data integration data modelling or a related role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management systems databases and data warehousing tools. Strong SQL and PBI skills are a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to data integration and modelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with specific data management and warehousing systems (e.g. SAP BW Azure AWS).

Knowledge of industry-specific data management practices and standards.
