Roles and Responsibilities:
- Inbound and Outbound Collection calling and payment processing
- Coordinate with Internal/external clients to resolve accounts
- Account Reconciliation
- Credit application and offsets
- Edit/ Hold and/or Release Orders (if needed)
- Draft email correspondence to customers
Education and Experience Required:
- 1 year or more of relevant experience
- Skip tracing experience is preferred but optional.
- Exposure to SAP systems is an advantage
