The Commercial Capabilities Group in collaboration with stakeholders plans and executes initiatives grounded in established sales force role definitions and competency frameworks. These initiatives enhance the sales forces capabilities with the objective of positioning our sales force as the customers preferred option.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of strategies to enhance the capabilities of the J&J IM sales force and contribute to the Workforce Excellence departments business planning. Manage team members responsible for capability development and lead talent development initiatives. Work with stakeholders Business Units APAC CE and others to design agree on and implement necessary capability development programs. As a member of the CE leadership team contribute to initiatives that strengthen CEs organizational capabilities establish an environment for effective and efficient ways of working and support talent development.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree or more.

Required Experience and Skills:

Skills

  • Strategic planning: Able to develop actionable plans to enhance the sales forces capabilities while addressing business challenges.
  • Stakeholder communication: Spoken and written English proficiency sufficient to negotiate with APAC colleagues and prepare English materials.
  • Project management: Able to drive crossfunctional projects smoothly with Business Units APAC and other stakeholders.
  • Data analysis: Able to quantitatively measure current issues program effectiveness and gaps against benchmarks and clearly present the findings.
  • Industry knowledge: Strong familiarity with guidelines on the provision of sales/promotional information and the promotional code and the ability to apply them appropriately to business activities.

Experience/Knowledge

  • Experience in designing and implementing capability development initiatives or substantial experience in analysis and strategic planning in marketing or related disciplines.
  • Three or more years of professional experience in the healthcare sector or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A minimum of three years experience in a peopleleadership role.

Others:

  • Analytical skill: More than 3years experience as an analyst.
  • People development skills: Appropriate approach and capability development of members by showing the high professionals enhance the successor.

Compliance:

  • Acquiring and practicing knowledge of the latest compliance (HCC SOP Expense and HR rules).
