Job Summary

About the Role

Were looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive Freshworks growth across France and Francophone markets in the Commercial segment (251500 employees).

This is a relationship-driven outbound sales role ideal for fluent French-speaking professionals who can connect authentically with business leaders uncover challenges and position Freshworks value effectively.

Youll own your territory end-to-end from prospecting to closure backed by a dedicated BDR regional marketing and partner network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a focused territory plan for France targeting key mid-market verticals/industries.

  • Build and nurture pipeline through outbound prospecting personalized outreach and partner collaboration.

  • Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand business needs and craft tailored Freshworks solutions.

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-based proposals to decision-makers.

  • Handle the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure with professionalism and pace.

  • Maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce) and ensure pipeline visibility for accurate forecasting.

  • Collaborate with Presales Marketing and Customer Success for smooth handovers and post-sale success.


Qualifications :

  • Native/fluent French speaker with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills confident in engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives.

  • Any prior sales experience (B2B B2C SaaS or consultative selling) is an added advantage.

  • Ability to manage a complete sales cycle from pipeline creation to closing.

  • Familiarity with Sales Navigator ZoomInfo Salesforce or similar modern sales tools is a plus.

  • Organized analytical and self-disciplined able to manage multiple opportunities efficiently.

  • Resilient target-driven and comfortable working in-office and aligned to European hours (12:30 PM 9:30 PM IST).
