Job Summary

Process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires transfers promotions
and terminations in HRIS
Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in compliance with legal
requirements
Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and resolving
discrepancies
Assist with benefits enrollment changes and employee inquiries
Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and
systems
Support compliance audits and ensure adherence to employment laws and
regulations
Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Coordinate background checks drug screenings and employment verifications
Support leave of absence administration and tracking
Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate HR services


Qualifications :

Bachelors degree or above from accredited university in HR Business Management
or similar field
3 years above experience in HR Operations
Strong execution attention to details & process-driven
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal/written communication in English and interpersonal skills
Creative organized and self-motivated for success
Possesses unquestioned integrity and strong business ethics and leads by example
Demonstrates a firm commitment to the companys values and culture
Team player with peers to share and implement the best practices
