Job Description and Responsibilities

IBKR is seeking exceptional individuals to join its fast-growing APAC Institutional Services this role you will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to IBKRs advisor clients including wealth/asset managers hedge funds and family offices. Our mission is to build deep long-term relationships and provide a seamless client experience as we continuously expand our global product and service offerings.

Key responsibilities:

Resolve technical account and trade-related enquiries via email telephone and web ticket
Take ownership of and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders across functional groups and regions
Assist clients with the entire investment lifecycle including but not limited to cash and position transfers corporate actions margin calculation and statement reconciliation
Ad hoc projects and assignments e.g. client outreach platform training market research

Qualifications

Core competencies:

• Exceptional relationship management interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (Mandarin is a strong plus)
• Ability to think critically and reason about complex systems and processes
• Familiar with a variety of asset classes e.g. Stocks/ETFs Options Bonds FX Funds Futures Crypto

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree
• At least 1-2 years prior experience at a wealth/asset management firm family office or other financial institution (new graduates who demonstrate a strong grasp of the core competencies will also be considered)
• Holder of SFC licenses for RA Type 1 2 and 3 or ability to obtain within 90 days of joining
