Summary:
The Mobile Service Advisor will coordinate all aspects of our Mobile Service Van operations ensuring customers receive convenient high-quality service without visiting the dealership. This role involves scheduling mobile appointments communicating with customers and supporting technicians in the field. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and customer-focused with a passion for delivering a premium service experience on the go.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the Mobile Service Van including appointment scheduling routing and service coordination.
- Contact customers to promote and schedule mobile service visits.
- Communicate repair needs costs and timing with both customers and technicians.
- Track and follow up on mobile service appointments to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager and Technicians to plan routes and service priorities.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests completed work and parts usage.
- Support marketing efforts to grow awareness of the Mobile Service program.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in automotive service advising
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems and scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license good driving record and ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background drug test and MVR).
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Additional Information :
Compensation (Draw / Commission):
- Performance-based earnings range: $65000 - $95000 / year
- Actual earnings depend on performance. High-performing sales professionals who consistently meet and exceed store and corporate goals often earn well above this range.
Schedule:
- FULL TIME
- Sundays Always Off
- Saturday Availability Required
