Paraco Gas is seeking a loyal responsible dedicated customer-oriented Service Biller to join our team!
Scope of the Role includes:
Using their in-depth knowledge of Paraco products and solutions our Service Billers provide effective customer service for internal and external customers. With their positivity and helpful can-do attitude they act as brand ambassadors as they are dedicated professionals possessing a positive work ethic and exceptional communication skills taking pride in what they do each and every day. Essential responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Answering incoming calls in a pleasant and understanding manner with a commitment to achieving customer satisfaction
Assisting customers with billing questions payments issue resolution and delivery scheduling.
Educating customers on the cost-savings benefits of our offered maintenance contracts.
Suggesting tank monitoring installation to customers where appropriate.
Issuing Credits/Refunds to customers for overpayments when requested.
Prepare all month-end reports and other duties that may be assigned as required.
Communicating clearly and professionally while documenting each call.
Assembling service and installation work orders and forward them to billing.
Posting of daily work-orders receipts inventory receipts transfers and adjustments to system.
Updating of account information as necessary post installations.
Were looking for the following abilities and skills:
High school diploma or general education (GED); or at least one year related customer interaction experience and/or training.
Bilingual speaking proficiency: Spanish/English preferred but not required
Ability to work in a team-based environment engaging proactively with employees throughout the organization.
Punctuality and dependability arriving on time evidencing a willingness to learn and grow.
Basic computer knowledge with some data entry skills coupled with experience with Microsoft Office.
Occasional travel (up to 5%) to other regional field offices as well as Rye Brook NY corporate offices for training.
Hours of this position are 8:30AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday with a willingness and capability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and overtime) when needed.
